xénos Network Support Administrator

Location:  Cardiff

Job purpose

To provide a confidential and accurate administrative service to enable xénos to operate at the highest standards possible and meet its operational objectives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain investee, investor and advisor client records on the CRM system.
  • Create and maintain investee client files on the SharePoint system including the collation of appropriate supporting documentation i.e. Business plans, investment memorandums etc.
  • Manage the Network hard copy confidential filing system for investees, investors and advisors.
  • Process all aspects of client payments, raising purchase orders and issuing invoices as required by the Network Coordinator.
  •  Assist with the production of the monthly xénos investment Bulletin and web bulletin, preparing, compiling and circulating it accurately and on time to registered xénos investors
  • Assist with the preparation of xénos forums and events and attend when required.
  • Provide  research and monitoring reports as required by the xénos team.
  • Any other task as may be defined by the xénos Coordinator to meet the operational needs of the department, ensuring that at all times the trust and confidence of xénos’ clients is retained.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience - Essential 

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to organise workload under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • IT literate to include the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sage, SharePoint and CRM.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience - Desirable 

  • Current and valid driving licence
